I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and straightforward therapist who believes in the power of hope and human connection. With extensive experience across a wide range of mental health concerns, I provide therapy for teenagers, adults, couples, and individuals of all gender identities and backgrounds—including those in the LGBTQ+ community.
My clinical approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based approaches, and work that addresses avoidance patterns, trauma, and emotional regulation. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Beyond my professional experience, I bring personal insight to my work. As a parent of an autistic child, I deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with neurodiversity, parenting, and advocacy. My practice is rooted in empathy, practical support, and real-life understanding.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy gardening, reading, spending time with my family, and learning American Sign Language to better connect with a wider range of individuals.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with kindness, honesty, and a commitment to helping you grow and heal, I’d be honored to work with you.
