A group for parents and caregivers of someone struggling with OCD.
SPACE teaches practical ways to support a loved one while changing family responses that may unintentionally reinforce OCD. Caregivers can learn to reduce accommodations, respond more effectively to anxiety and OCD behaviors, and communicate support and confidence.

Insurance is accepted when available. When insurance is not involved, a $30 per session cash-pay option is available.
