Dan Stuart

LMFT

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. For more than two decades, I worked in residential treatment with adolescents, providing individual, family, and group therapy during some of the most difficult and pivotal moments in their lives.

I work with teens and adults facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, marital conflict, pornography concerns, and other addictive behaviors. My years in residential treatment have given me deep experience helping families through high-stress situations, improving communication, and building healthier patterns at home and in relationships.

My approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, and solution-focused models. I believe therapy should be practical, straightforward, and focused on meaningful progress—helping you better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our five children, and our growing number of grandchildren. I love being outdoors in Utah—mountain biking, hiking, dirt biking, boating, and enjoying time with family.
