Brennan provides therapy to adolescents and adults (14+), believing in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing. He brings significant experience working with individuals in the medical field, the aging community, and those facing serious and persistent mental illness.
Rooted in this connection, Brennan utilizes evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS (Level I trained), and Trauma-Focused CBT to address a wide range of issues including mood disorders, trauma, family conflict, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. With 13 years of experience across diverse settings, Brennan brings deep empathy and a personal understanding of overcoming adversity to his client-centered practice.
