A therapy group created specifically for therapists and other mental health clinicians.
Step outside the clinician role and into a confidential space focused on your own mental and emotional health, greater self-awareness, and connection with others who understand the unique demands of the profession.
Therapists spend much of their professional lives helping others navigate difficult emotions, experiences, and challenges. The Therapist Therapy Group creates a space for clinicians to focus on their own mental and emotional health.
This group is specifically designed for therapists and other mental health clinicians who want a confidential setting to process the unique demands of clinical work, increase self-awareness, and connect with others who understand the profession.
Here, the focus is not on providing care to someone else. It is an opportunity to make space for your own experiences, needs, and personal growth.
This group is designed for therapists and other mental health clinicians at different stages of their professional journey.
